4. User-Generated Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create using the Service ("User Content"), including the text prompts, characters, and final videos. By using the Service, you grant Story2Vid.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy.

6. Payments, Credits, and Refunds

The Service operates on a credit-based, pay-as-you-go system. You may purchase credits through various plans. All payments are processed securely by our Merchant of Record, Creem.io, and are subject to their terms and policies.

Credits are considered digital goods and are delivered to your account immediately upon successful payment. As such, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits do not expire and will remain in your account until they are used. You can use them at your own pace, with no monthly fees or subscriptions.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability or availability of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Story2Vid.com, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
